SEL Resources, Volume 8: Calming Down

Here are this week's resources for teaching SEL while remote learning. Please take a moment to complete this survey to let us know if these are useful, and what topics you'd like to see in the future!

PATHS® Program  

This week, talk to students about stress (Grade 5, Lesson 6). Remind them that it's normal to feel stress during difficult times and have them complete the 20 Ways to Calm Down and Who Can I Talk To? Activity Sheets. There are also book lists and extension activities available in the online Support Materials.
